Definitions
Fill rate
Invoiced qty ÷ PO qty, measured ONLY on lines that have actually been dispatched (invoice date present, or status Intransit/Delivered). A PO not yet due is not counted as a shortfall. Always shown with "coverage %" — the share of dispatched qty that actually had an invoice qty recorded.
Still to land
Pending + Intransit POs, tracked across ALL months — this ignores whatever month you're looking at, by design.
Lost
Cancelled, Expired, RTO, No Stock, Low value, or Hold with no invoice date.
Warehouse
Derived from platform + tracker location, via the 300+ platform-DC map. Connect My B2B Mumbai, Edgistify Mumbai (Bhiwandi), Edgistify Delhi, Connect My B2B Bangalore, Max Retail Kolkata.
Month
The source tab the row came from in the PO Tracker — never derived from a date.
Value
